AVERN is currently operated as a sole trader and is not a limited company.

We use the name AVERN throughout this website as the name under which our products are sold.

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability, designs, colours and specifications may change from time to time.

3. PRICES

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices shown at checkout are the total price payable for your order, including any applicable taxes.

As AVERN is not currently VAT registered, VAT will not be separately charged on our products unless this changes in the future.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to contact you before processing the order.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights.

For online purchases, customers generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

AVERN may provide a longer voluntary returns period as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that every product, colour or size displayed on our website will remain available.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order and we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.
